Toddler Program (12 – 36 months)
From First Words to Big Wonders.
Our Montessori Toddler Program offers a warm, structured environment where young children begin to assert their independence, build relationships, and explore the world with growing confidence. At this stage, toddlers are eager to “do it myself,” and our thoughtfully prepared classrooms are designed to support that drive with freedom, order, and purposeful activity. Everything in the environment—from the furniture to the learning materials—is tailored to the child’s size and developmental needs, encouraging movement, choice, and a deep sense of belonging.
With gentle guidance from trained Montessori educators, toddlers engage in activities that support emerging skills in language, motor development, toileting, care of self, and care of the environment. Each child is seen as an individual, and our approach respects their pace, personality, and natural curiosity—laying the foundation for joyful, lifelong learning.
A Nurturing Environment for Independence
Our Montessori Toddler Program supports children at a crucial time in their development. Designed for exploration, movement, and emerging independence, the environment is warm, structured, and child-centered. Every element—from the layout to the materials—is thoughtfully prepared to help toddlers grow with confidence and joy.
Supporting the Drive for Independence
Toddlers are driven by a strong desire to “do it myself.” In our classrooms, children are guided through daily routines and hands-on tasks that build independence—from pouring water and dressing to tidying up after a snack. These experiences develop motor skills, self-control, and a growing sense of competence.
Language Explosion and Expression
This is a period of remarkable language development. Our guides engage toddlers in rich conversation, storytelling, singing, and vocabulary-building games to support verbal expression. Materials and experiences are selected to deepen comprehension and help children connect words to the world around them.
Social-Emotional Growth
Toddlers learn how to interact, share space, and express emotions in respectful ways. Through modeling and gentle redirection, we support conflict resolution, empathy, and the early development of community values. Grace and courtesy are woven into every part of the day.
Movement and Sensorial Exploration
Montessori toddlers are constantly in motion. Our environments allow freedom of movement with purposeful materials that strengthen coordination and concentration. Sensorial experiences—touching, sorting, carrying, and climbing—build both physical awareness and cognitive growth.
Toileting and Care of Self
Toilet learning and personal care routines are guided with patience and consistency. Child-sized facilities and supportive guidance help toddlers develop autonomy and pride in their abilities.
