Preschool & Kindergarten Program (Ages 3 – 6)
Empowering Young Minds to Soar.
Our Preschool and Kindergarten Program (ages 3–6) offers a rich, hands-on learning experience rooted in the Montessori philosophy. Children build independence, confidence, and a love of learning as they explore language, math, science, and practical life activities at their own pace. Guided by caring, experienced teachers, students develop critical thinking skills, social awareness, and the foundation needed for lifelong success.
A Community for Lifelong Learning
Our multi-age Preschool and Kindergarten classroom is a vibrant, child-led environment where students develop foundational skills in reading, math, science, and culture—alongside emotional intelligence, independence, and leadership. Rooted in the Montessori philosophy, this program nurtures the whole child.
A Three-Year Journey of Growth
Children remain in the same classroom community for three years, allowing deep connections and personal growth. The kindergarten year (age 5–6) is a vital part of this cycle, offering leadership opportunities and academic depth within a familiar, trusted environment.
Academics Through Hands-On Learning
Children explore abstract concepts through hands-on materials in language, math, geography, science, and cultural studies. Montessori materials are sequenced to build understanding through tactile, real-world experiences—leading to strong academic foundations and a love of learning.
Fostering Independence and Executive Function
Preschoolers manage their own work, care for their environment, and navigate the classroom independently. This freedom builds responsibility, focus, self-regulation, and decision-making skills essential for both school and life success.
The Kindergarten Capstone Year
The final year brings everything together. Kindergarteners act as classroom leaders and mentors. Academically, they synthesize years of hands-on learning to read fluently, complete complex math, and explore personal projects—preparing them for a seamless transition to elementary learning.
Emotional Intelligence and Social Growth
Social learning is natural in mixed-age communities. Children practice patience, compassion, and cooperation every day. Conflict resolution, emotional vocabulary, and mindfulness are integrated into our approach, building confident and socially capable children.
A Window to the World
Children study cultures, continents, animals, plants, and people from around the globe. Through stories, maps, songs, and nature exploration, they develop curiosity, empathy, and a sense of belonging to a larger world.
